Can I take the assessment without signing up for a membership?

Absolutely. The full 96-question assessment is completely free and requires no account or payment. You'll receive your complete profile results immediately. A membership is only needed if you'd like to receive curated introductions from our team.
Is the background check really included? Are there any extra costs?

Yes - the background check is fully included in every paid membership tier with no additional cost. We believe safety should never be an add-on. There are no hidden fees of any kind.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. For 3-month, 6-month, and annual packages, the full term is billed upfront at the discounted rate and is non-refundable after the first 7 days.
What if I don't receive any introductions in my first month?

Finding the right match takes care and time. If we haven't made an introduction within your first 30 days, we'll extend your membership by one month at no charge while we continue searching. We're committed to the process.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership tier?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Just reach out to our team and we'll take care of it.
Do you offer refunds?

Monthly memberships are refundable within 7 days of payment if no introductions have been made. Multi-month and annual packages are refundable within the first 7 days only. After that, the remaining term is non-refundable. Please reach out to our team with any concerns - we always try to find a fair resolution.
